Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CelestKin application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.
2. Description of Service
CelestKin is a multi-tradition astrology application that provides astrological chart calculations and AI-generated personalized readings across nine (9) traditions: Vedic, Laal Kitab (Debts & Remedies), Western, Mayan Dreamspell, Chinese Four Pillars, Numerology, KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati), Human Design, and Biorhythm.
Chart calculations are provided free of charge. Personalized AI-generated readings, analyses, compatibility reports, and cosmic digests consume credits (see Section 3).
3. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions
Credits are the in-app currency used to generate personalized readings.
Free credits: Signed-in users receive 3 free credits daily, resetting at midnight UTC. Unused free credits do not accumulate.
Purchased credits: Available via Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Purchased credits do not expire.
Subscriptions: Subscription plans ("Celestial Pass", "Cosmic Oracle") provide monthly credit allotments and premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Manage subscriptions through your device's app store.

• Deep Reading — 2 credits
• Cosmic Deep Dive — 3 credits
• Life Analysis — 5 credits
• Full Life Analysis (all traditions) — 7 credits
• Chart calculations — always free
• Cosmic Digest (daily/weekly) — 1 credit each
ALL CREDIT PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE except as required by applicable law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Entertainment Purpose Only
ALL CONTENT GENERATED BY CELESTKIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ASTROLOGICAL READINGS, CHARTS, PREDICTIONS, COMPATIBILITY ANALYSES, REMEDIES, AND COSMIC DIGESTS, IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND SPIRITUAL EXPLORATION PURPOSES.
Nothing in the App constitutes, nor should be construed as, medical, financial, legal, psychological, therapeutic, or any other form of professional advice. Laal Kitab and Vedic remedies described in readings are traditional cultural practices and are NOT medical treatments or prescriptions.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not rely on App content for making significant life decisions including but not limited to medical treatment, financial investments, legal matters, relationship decisions, or career changes without consulting qualified professionals.
5. User Accounts and Security
You may create an account using email or Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may delete your account at any time from the You tab. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data from our servers and cannot be reversed. All local data is cleared on sign-out.
6. User-Provided Data
You retain ownership of the birth data, names, and profile information you provide. By using the App, you grant CelestKin a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating readings and providing the service. This license terminates upon account deletion.
7. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, code, algorithms, AI prompts, astrological reference materials, branding, and user interface elements are the intellectual property of CelestKin and its developers. Readings generated for you are for your personal use only. You may share individual readings but may not bulk-reproduce, scrape, or redistribute App content for commercial purposes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content
• Circumvent, disable, or manipulate the credit system or payment mechanisms
• Share, sell, or transfer account credentials
• Use the App to generate content that violates any law or regulation
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise App security
• Use readings or App content to harass, mislead, or defraud others
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit readings without authorization
9. Service Availability
CelestKin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice or liability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CELESTKIN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, complete, or useful for any particular purpose. Astrological calculations are based on established mathematical models but interpretations are AI-generated and inherently subjective.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELESTKIN, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from reliance on readings or App content
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if CelestKin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CelestKin, its developers, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you share from the App.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, at the claimant's election.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, AI Disclosure, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CelestKin regarding your use of the App.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use and delete your account.
